Inquiry about bleeding after mole removal procedure

I had mole removal surgery at the city hall on February 13th at 4:30 PM.

I noticed bleeding from one of the spots I had the procedure done on at night. Should I come in for a checkup? I'm leaving a question about what to do and how to manage it.
