After removing flat warts with laser

I had flat warts removed from my entire face and it's been almost a month now. The red marks are still really bad. Do they really last this long?

I did it because of the knitting, but now I'm even more stressed because of the red marks ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

If you read other people's reviews about having their hair removed, many of them say they recovered within 2-3 weeks.
