Home care after the procedure

I am currently receiving laser toning, IPL acne treatment, and exosome treatments.

I go home right after the procedure, apply a soothing mask, and then apply a regenerating cream. Is this the correct way to do it?

Do I not need to do soothing skincare at home on days I do ExoZom?

Also, how should I wash my face and apply basic skincare products on the night of the procedure? Is it better not to apply functional products like niacin or retinol?

And from the next day until the interval between treatments, can I continue applying the functional product as usual?
