After finishing my 3rd Pico Toning session, I feel like my inner dryness has actually gotten worse. How do you schedule your soothing and moisturizing routine?

Perhaps because the morning temperatures have dropped sharply this week, my face feels tight all day long. On days like today with light drizzle, the humidity is so low that I can actually feel my cheeks tightening after washing my face.
I have received Pico Toning three times since last month due to blemishes on my cheeks. The procedure finished quickly with just a slight stinging sensation, and there was almost no redness the next day, so it wasn't burdensome. However, about a week after completing the third session, my skin actually feels drier, so I became curious if this is normal.
At home, I follow a routine of washing my face only once with a mild cleanser, adding a drop of ampoule, and applying a thick layer of moisturizing cream. However, by the afternoon, the corners of my mouth and cheeks feel tight again. I would also like to ask how many times a day I can apply moisturizing cream after a laser procedure, and what ingredients I should avoid for a few days for soothing care.
I have my fourth appointment scheduled for next week, and I am wondering if I should moisturize more at home before then, or if it would be better to slightly extend the interval between treatments during the change of seasons. The photo shows the ampoule and cream I am currently using; I would appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know if it is okay to continue with this combination.
