Inquiry regarding a consultation for laser toning for melasma and blemishes on the cheeks this autumn (treatment cycle and tips on sunscreen and soothing care).

Hello. As summer passes and we enter autumn, I am concerned that the faint melasma and blemishes on both my cheeks and cheekbones seem to be getting darker, possibly due to outdoor activities. I have been diligently applying sunscreen and consistently doing home care with moisturizing creams, but it seems there is a limit to how much basic skincare can lighten pigmentation that has already deepened. Looking at the treatment guide at Maypure, I saw programs related to Pico Toning and laser treatments for blemishes. I am curious to know which method—Pico Toning or a combination laser—people typically consult and proceed with to manage both overall skin tone improvement and localized blemishes, as is the case for me. Also, regarding laser toning, I would like to know how often and at what intervals it is effective to receive treatments consistently, as well as the amount of downtime, such as redness or scabbing, that occurs on the day of the procedure or afterwards. Since I work, it is quite important to me that the treatment does not interfere with my daily life. I have also heard that sun protection and moisturizing/soothing care are especially important after the procedure. I would appreciate your advice on whether it is okay to immediately reapply my usual mild moisturizer and mineral sunscreen, or if it would be better to focus on using a regenerating cream. I would be very grateful to share valuable tips from those who have actually received pigmentation laser treatment at Maypure or have consulted with the director!
