Would I see results if I underwent laser treatment?

hello, As the weather has recently gotten colder, my skin has become very dry, and I am worried because my skin tone seems to have become dull.
It seems like I have more freckles and blemishes, especially around my eyes and cheeks. My skin texture also feels rougher than before.
I usually try to apply moisturizing cream thoroughly as part of my home care routine and also make an effort to apply sunscreen diligently, I feel like that alone has its limits.
