How many days should I avoid drinking plans to feel at ease after getting the laser treatment? Haha.
I want to try laser treatment, but I can't set a date because of the company dinner schedule lol.
Strangely, I have a lot of weekend appointments and weekday company dinners this month, so I'm not sure when would be the most convenient time to take it.
I assume it's best not to drink on the day itself. I'm curious whether it's better to avoid it the next day as well, or if many people leave a few days of buffer time.
My face tends to turn red and heat up easily when I drink alcohol, so I think it will be even more uncomfortable right after the laser treatment.
Even though I don't drink much, there are times when I end up having a glass or two just because of the atmosphere. Wouldn't it be better to just avoid that for the first few days?
Would it be safe to get the laser treatment, rest on Friday and Saturday, and schedule an appointment around Monday?
I'm also curious if there are people who initially reduce their intake of foods that raise facial heat, such as spicy food or hot soup, in addition to alcohol.
I don't like post-procedure care that is too complicated, but I can definitely handle being careful for a few days haha.
Actually, I don't like the idea of my skin staying sensitive for longer by taking care of it carelessly.
How do office workers who have frequent company dinners schedule laser treatments?
Please give me some realistic feedback on whether it was most comfortable to choose a week with no company dinners at all.
