I have dry skin with melasma, and I'm not sure if Collagen Toning or Pico Toning is right for me.

I recently learned about Collagen Toning for the first time while looking at treatment guides. Since I have naturally dry skin and developed melasma after pregnancy, I was only considering Pico Toning for laser treatments.
I read that Collagen Toning is for improving elasticity, texture, and tone, so I'm wondering if skin with melasma can still receive it for tone management purposes. I also saw a package that combines it with Pico Toning, but I'm worried that receiving both might be too irritating for dry skin.
Since it is my first time, I would like to know if I can try it once and see my skin's reaction before deciding on the frequency, and also how often I am usually treated. I am also curious if I experience peeling or if my skin tends to feel tighter after the treatment. Please let me know if my skin will be fine by the time I go back to work on Monday if I receive it on the weekend!
