I'm really debating whether to get a double chin lift. Can anyone give me some advice?

It’s not like I’ve gained a lot of weight, but as I get older, it feels like my chin is sagging downwards, unable to defy the laws of gravity. When I take photos from the side, I look like I have a complete double chin, and the stress is off the charts. I’ve heard that lifting procedures like InMode or Shurink Universe are good for double chins, so I’ve been searching through community reviews like crazy. However, there are scary comments about side effects like hollowing out the cheeks, and others saying it was just incredibly painful and a waste of money, so I just can't seem to make a decision!!!

Since I have very little facial fat and my skin is on the thinner side, my biggest worry is that my cheeks will sink in and I'll look like a skeleton after the procedure. For those like me who lack overall facial volume but have a sagging jawline, what is the safest and most effective procedure? Experts on procedures, please don't just pass by; I would be incredibly grateful if you could leave lots of helpful tips or recommendations!
