I'm worried about my double chin. Will the Shurink Universe treatment be very painful? ㅠㅠ

I'm not the only one whose double chin just won't go away no matter how hard I diet, right? The fat accumulating under my chin has turned into a total double chin, and I'm going crazy with stress every time I take a picture. Everyone around me recommends a lifting procedure to define the jawline, so I'm looking into it. I heard that among them, Shurink Universe is the most cost-effective and definitely the most effective. Ultherapy seems way too expensive, though.

But I'm such a crybaby that I'm extremely sensitive to pain... If I apply a generous amount of numbing cream, would it be bearable without shedding a tear?
