Body Treatment Related - Arm Fat

I'm so stressed out because of the extra pounds after menopause.

I lost about 4-5 kilos, but the fat on my arms doesn't go away at all.

What kind of treatments are there to slim down arm fat?

Maybe it's because I used to do exercises with only one arm for a long time, but my right arm is much thicker than my left arm.

When I had some muscle, I felt a little stiff.
