Itchy, dead skin cells in the nasolabial fold area

Maybe it's because the seasons have changed, but my scalp is itchy and dead skin cells are forming. Is there any treatment or procedure that I can do for this? I wash my face thoroughly with shampoo, but it happens every day, so it's stressful.
