What is the difference between freckles and moles?

I've had freckles since I was little...

I didn't know I had freckles even though I was getting older.

I don't wear sunscreen and don't take care of my skin.

I thought my freckles had increased

I went to get my mole removed and when I asked, they said it wasn't a freckle, it was a liver spot;;;;

Oh my gosh, I was shocked...

Well, I wonder if it really matters if it's already freckles or liver spots.

How can you tell the difference between freckles and moles? Are they different in shape?

I guess I've had freckles since I was little and liver spots came later, right?

When treating freckles with laser treatment, is there any difference regardless of how long they have been present?

Somehow, it seems like old freckles with pigmentation won't be erased;;

And my arms are whiter than others, but one day I noticed that my arms were covered in freckles like grains of rice (I hope these aren't freckles?? I've never heard of freckles growing on your arms, right?)

Can freckles on my arms be treated with the same toning treatment as my entire face?
