I'm curious about the difference in profile notation

I was looking at the medical staff's profiles and I have some questions.

Some people say 'Seoul National University' graduate ' is written,

Some people say 'Seoul National University' bachelor's degree It was written like this.

Actually, both expressions seem to mean the same thing, that you have a bachelor's degree.

Is there any special reason or standard for writing it differently? Could this be it?
