Skin Booster Effect

Are the Skin Booster effects temporary?

I've been told to get it done once a month, but I'm concerned that it might be too expensive for the average person, so I'm asking. I'm wondering if getting it done just once a year is better than not getting it at all, or if I'd be better off getting something else.
