The parting on the crown of my head looks like it's getting wider. After how many uses of Pantodil will I see a change?

Lately, I've been losing more hair after washing it, and when viewed from above, the parting on the crown of my head looks wider than before, which is bothering me. I've only been using topical ampoules, but I'm looking into Pantodil because I'm considering getting professional treatment at a clinic.

These are the advantages I compiled while looking up reviews and descriptions.

① It absorbs better than products applied directly to the scalp using microneedles.

② The procedure takes only about 30 minutes, and there are many reviews stating that the tingling sensation was bearable.

③ There are reviews stating that after receiving a few sessions, the amount of hair falling out decreased and fine hairs began to grow.

Instead, there was a lot of talk that it wouldn't show results after just one or two sessions, and that I needed to receive it consistently at two-week intervals.

I have a question to ask.

① If the parting at the crown of the head is widening, how many sessions does it usually take to see a change?

② When is it possible to wash, dye, or perm my hair on the day of the procedure?

③ Is it okay to use the hair loss shampoo or ampoules I use at home together?

The photo is a reference picture that has a similar vibe to my concerns. Please reply!
