After giving birth, dark melasma has settled on my cheekbones.
After giving birth, dark melasma has settled on my cheekbones, so I am looking into whitening treatments and laser therapy. However, I heard that the treatment methods for shallow melasma in the epidermal layer differ completely from those deep within the dermis, and that mishandling it could lead to the side effect of the melasma becoming even darker. Does the dermatology clinic accurately measure my skin condition using diagnostic equipment and proceed with a customized laser treatment? I assume Maypure does that, right? I am also curious if combining laser toning with treatments like Vitamin C penetration care or whitening injections is much more effective than receiving laser toning alone. I really want to get the treatment done soon to see the condition improve.
