Please share how to get whiter skin

I know a friend who is getting married soon, so she seems to be interested in how to get whiter skin.

Every bride wants to look white on her wedding day...

I definitely think that if you have fair skin, it will go well with a white wedding dress and you will look prettier.

If you search for ways to whiten your skin, there are various options, including lasers and cosmetics.

But I think there are limits to cosmetics... I guess the procedure would be quick, right?
