Please recommend a treatment to get rid of freckles!

I've been struggling with freckles around my cheekbones and forehead for years now.

Although I diligently applied sunscreen every day and consistently used whitening functional cosmetics, the freckles seemed to be spreading wider and darkening.

I felt the limitations of home care and eventually decided that I needed to receive professional treatment.

I've heard that freckles are difficult to treat and often recur. I'd like to know what laser treatments or combination treatments are recommended. I'd also like to get some preliminary information on effective freckle removal methods.

Beyond simply lightening surface pigmentation, we're looking for ways to safely eliminate blemishes by addressing the root cause and strengthening the skin barrier.
Because I have freckles that cannot be covered well with makeup, I want to get my skin clear and clean again based on treatment know-how!
