I want my skin to glow

I don't know if it's because I have dull skin, but I'm so envious of people with a subtle glow to their skin.

They say that skin becomes more important as you get older, and just having a glow on your skin makes you feel luxurious.. I guess taking care of it is important. These days, my skin is dull and my skin tone seems to have become dull, so my skin condition is terrible.

In this case, how should I go to a dermatologist and manage it...?
