Please recommend a treatment that is effective for enlarged pores.

I don't know why my pores are so noticeable these days. Is it because my skin is dry, or is my skin elasticity suddenly decreasing, making my pores look saggy? Foundation keeps clogging my pores, which is also stressful. If sebum were the cause, removing it would be fine, but since I don't have any sebum and my pores on my forehead and cheeks are dry and enlarged, I don't know how to manage them. Should I moisturize or improve elasticity first? If there's a treatment you recommend for these pores, please let me know.
