About post-CO2 treatment care

I had CO2 treatment on my face and neck on December 10th and had Duoderm removal today.

After removing the Duoderm, my face is fine, but my neck is red and sore.

How should I manage it?

I think I need to get a prescription for ointment and apply it.

I applied the Jennabel regeneration cream, but will it be okay if I just diligently apply the regeneration cream and sunscreen?

If I need to apply ointment, I would like to visit a hospital, have the doctor look at it, and get a prescription for ointment.
