Can stretch marks be treated with this treatment?

Unfortunately, all the major exposed areas are torn, so I'm destined to never be able to endure overexposure for the rest of my life.

Stretch marks on the back of my legs are a problem, but my breasts are completely open, so if I wear clothes that are slightly revealing, the stretch marks are visible, so I always feel anxious in the summer.
