Neck wrinkle treatment, how long will the effects last?

Hello! I'm an office worker who's been struggling with the deep, sagging neckline that seems especially noticeable every time I look in the mirror. I've been paying close attention to my facial care, but I've neglected my neck, and before I knew it, distinct horizontal wrinkles have formed. Home care won't solve this problem, so I'm looking into professional neck wrinkle treatments.
