How do you manage facial pigmentation that becomes increasingly concerning every time you look in the mirror?

These days, I'm always worried about UV rays whenever I go out. In the past, my skin would quickly recover after outdoor activities, but now, once it's irritated, it's really hard to recover. I've noticed dark pigmentation around my cheekbones, especially. This bothers me so much that I find myself reapplying concealer every time I put on makeup. I miss my clear skin, so I've started intensive skincare, diligently applying everything from whitening ampoules to highly concentrated vitamin products. Even with a face pack every night and meticulous layering, my facial pigmentation has already become more pronounced. This is frustrating because it's not easily resolved. I keep looking in the mirror every day, wondering if home care alone is enough, or if there's a lifestyle habit I'm missing. I've tried several popular cosmetics, but it's hard to see any noticeable changes. In times like these, I need to persevere and diligently manage my facial pigmentation, so I don't end up regretting it later.
