Enlarged pores, is there a solution?

I'm an office worker looking to improve my pores, especially my prominent pores and enlarged pores around my nose. I've tried home care, using face masks and washing my face with cold water, but once the pores start to enlarge, they're difficult to reverse.

My skin feels like it's sagging vertically as it loses elasticity, so I want to address the cause of my enlarged pores.
