How to care for sensitive skin

Hello. I have sensitive skin and would like to inquire.

I have skin that gets breakouts a lot in the summer, and in the winter, when I'm exposed to cold wind, it cracks and peels.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

I'm trying to make a face pack and moisturize my skin at home, but it doesn't seem to be very effective.

What is the best way to care for sensitive skin?

Because my skin is sensitive, I was careful with the procedure... I was worried that it might flip over or something.
