I would like to inquire about the mask pack cycle!

I was looking out the window on my way home from work today and I was so surprised to see my own face...

I definitely put a lot of effort into my makeup in the morning, but by the afternoon, my skin was so dry and my makeup was all flaky. Now, I'm seriously considering increasing the frequency of my home care routine, wondering if simple basic skincare isn't enough.

I used to just occasionally use sheet masks whenever I felt like it, but now I'm curious about the right frequency for me. I'm going to try to figure out a definite routine. Many people say one sheet mask a day is good, but my skin is thin and sensitive, so I'm worried that using it every day might irritate it. Would it be better to start lightly, focusing on hydration rather than excessive nutrition? Or would using sheet masks every two or three days be more effective in protecting my skin barrier? In the past, I used to recover quickly even after staying up all night, but now I'm very concerned about even the smallest changes. Do you have any special sheet mask routines for your skin type, or any skincare tips for those in their 30s that you'd recommend? I'd love to hear any advice from anyone who's faced similar challenges, even if it's just a small tip.

Thank you in advance!
