A few days ago, I met some friends at a class reunion, and one of them commented that I looked noticeably tired lately. When I got home and looked closely in the bathroom mirror under the bathroom light, I was dismayed to see the wrinkles around my eyes and my dull complexion standing out. Now, I've decided I can't ignore it anymore, so I've started diligently practicing home care to restore my skin's condition. I don't think I can solve this problem by just applying expensive cosmetics like I did when I was younger, so I'm researching various information and trying to figure out what works best for me. However, with so much information online, it's harder than I thought to determine the right home care method for me. I can't decide whether daily face packs are the best option or regular use of a highly nutritious ampoule would be more effective. I wanted to hear advice from those with experience, so that my self-care efforts wouldn't be in vain. Have you ever experienced any trials and errors, or have you ever had any lifestyle habits you adhere to to maintain skin elasticity and hydration as you approach your 40s?
