Even if I wash my face thoroughly, it's so hard to get rid of blackheads.
I've been really worried about the blackheads around my nose lately. Even though I wash my face thoroughly every morning and evening, I can't seem to get rid of them.
I've tried scrubs, pore packs, and sebum-absorbing masks, but they only clear up temporarily, and then my skin returns after a few days. Is there really a limit to what can be achieved with just washing your face?
As far as I know, blackheads are caused by excessive sebum buildup, oxidation, and blackening. So, does that mean removing blackheads requires more than just simple care; it also requires a more fundamental treatment. I'm also curious about whether pore-regulating or sebum-regulating treatments at a hospital might be helpful.
I'm particularly curious about a method that's gentle on the nose area but still lasts a long time. Could you recommend any effective treatments or management methods for removing blackheads at a dermatologist?
I'm losing confidence because I'm not getting better despite my diligent management. Could you give me some advice?
