Should I continue this as a lifelong hair loss management plan?

I am so upset because I can see the hair along my hairline and crown gradually thinning and becoming less dense. I think I need to receive specialized hair loss treatment. I heard that Maypure is quite famous. I am hesitant about surgical hair transplantation, so I would like to manage it through scalp injections or non-surgical methods. However, I am scared of how painful it might be to get injections directly into the scalp. I am also wondering if I need to take oral hair loss medication and receive hospital injections simultaneously to see the effects of my hair becoming thicker and fuller again. I am also curious if the hair that has already fallen out will start falling out again if I stop treatment, and if I need to continue this as a lifelong management regimen.
