My cheeks turn red whenever the weather gets cold. How should I take care of this?

Lately, as the weather has gotten quite chilly in the mornings and evenings, I am concerned because my cheeks easily turn red and I often feel a sensation of heat. When I come indoors after being outside, my face flushes out, perhaps due to the temperature difference, and it bothers me that my cheeks and the sides of my nose look particularly red.

In the past, the redness would subside quickly, but recently, there are days when the redness lingers for a long time, and my skin also feels tight and sensitive. Even when I apply my usual cosmetics, it sometimes stings, so lately I have been focusing on using the mildest products possible.

Even though I wash my face at home with water that is neither too hot nor too cold and apply plenty of moisturizer, my facial redness seems to keep recurring on cold days. I am wondering if receiving just soothing treatment at a dermatology clinic would be helpful in this condition.

I’ve also heard about treatments like redness lasers or LDM that help manage heat sensations and redness, and I’d like to know if it’s okay to get them in late autumn when my skin becomes sensitive. For someone like me with skin that easily turns red in the cheeks with just a change in temperature, what kind of care would be the least burdensome to start with?
