Home care that worries me about my tired appearance in the mirror

I looked in the elevator mirror on my way home from work today and was really shocked. Perhaps it was the white lighting, but my face looked much duller and puffier than usual. I stared blankly at it for a while. In the past, I'd just wash my face and get some sleep, and it would quickly recover the next day, but now I really feel the need for meticulous care. So, I've been diligently researching home care methods I can easily start at home after work. When I'm thinking about buying new devices or cosmetics, there are so many options it's hard to choose. Are there any effective home care methods you can consistently recommend? I'm trying to develop a habit of putting in a little effort every day without overthinking things. I'm really curious to know what kind of home care routine you all use at the end of a tiring day. If anyone else feels like their skin isn't what it used to be, could you share some small tips with me?
