These days, I'm having a hard time deciding which sheet mask to use because of my skin.
Yesterday, on my way home from work, I looked at my face in the window of my building. I was so tired, my skin looked particularly rough. After working overtime for days, just to meet a deadline, my makeup didn't stick and I was so excited that I was really frustrated. So, starting today, I'm trying to focus on skincare, and I suddenly wondered about the appropriate frequency of using sheet masks. I've heard that many people use one sheet mask a day, but my skin is so sensitive that I'm worried that using it every day might actually be harmful. What is your typical mask mask routine? Do you vary it depending on your skin condition, or do you have a strict routine? It's hard to find time in the mornings, so I usually use it before bed, but I'm worried that if I use it too often, it could lead to overnutrition and breakouts. If any experts or experienced people have any tips for a healthy sheet mask regimen, I'd love to hear them. I'm also curious about how you all manage your skin during the seasonal transition!
