What's a good way to treat facial pigmentation?

I'm looking for a treatment or home care method that is effective for facial pigmentation.

In the past, the areas with pigmentation on my face were small, so I didn't really care, but as I got older, the areas got bigger and it seemed like there were more of them, so I'm stressed out.

I think the only treatment that would be effective for facial pigmentation would be laser. Is that correct?

I'm curious how many times I should receive it and what the cycle is.

It would be even better if you could also tell me about home care or cosmetics that would be good for facial pigmentation, even if only slightly.
