I'm thinking about an effective mask pack cycle.

Lately, with the weather suddenly getting chilly, I've been noticing my skin isn't what it used to be. Yesterday, I sat down at my vanity for the first time in a while to look in the mirror. Perhaps it was the indoor heating, but my face looked puffy and I noticed fine lines around my eyes. I panicked. I quickly grabbed a hydrating sheet mask I'd been keeping in my drawer and applied it. It definitely felt instantly more vibrant, which was a relief. However, I realized I needed more planned and practical care than just these temporary fixes.

So I've been researching the most effective mask pack cycle. Some people say one sheet mask a day is the most effective, while others say that one or two times a week is adequate, arguing against overuse. It's confusing. I want to find a method that maintains consistent skin condition without being overly aggressive.

I'm worried that if I get greedy and use it every day, my skin barrier will weaken or breakouts will arise, which would be frustrating. What kind of routine do you usually follow, with regards to the frequency of using sheet masks? I'm especially curious if you have any special adjustments you can make, especially when the seasons change or your skin is particularly dry. I'd appreciate any advice, even if it's just a small tip, from those who know practical skincare methods.
