Has anyone tried the Meladuse Ampoule?

I recently discovered a product called Meladuse Ampoule and I'm curious to know if it actually works.

I've heard that Meladuse Ampoule helps improve skin tone and reduce blemishes. Will I notice a definite difference if I use it consistently?

I also want to know if it's okay to use the Meladuse Ampoule with other skincare products, or if it's better to use it alone.
