I'm feeling weak. Please give me some advice on health functional foods.

Yesterday, on my way home from work, I looked at my face in the subway window and noticed it looked much more tired than usual, with no energy at all. Maybe it's the seasonal change or work stress, but my skin has become rough and breakouts keep popping up, to the point where I'm afraid to look in the mirror. I've tried face masks and expensive ampoules, but I feel like I need a more fundamental solution, so I'm thinking about trying some good health supplements. Searching online forums, I noticed everyone seems to value inner beauty. I'm trying to focus on strengthening my skin from the inside out by taking health supplements rather than relying solely on cosmetics. However, with such a diverse product line, it's becoming increasingly difficult to choose the right one for me. How do you check ingredients and the origin of ingredients when choosing health supplements? I'm just starting out, so I'm a bit lost on where to start. I'd like to hear your advice.
