My personal skincare routine is based on something I can consistently follow every day without overdoing it. In the morning, I gently wash my face with lukewarm water, wake up my skin with a moisturizing toner, and apply a light lotion and sunscreen. To avoid overburdening my skin, I keep my morning skincare routine to a minimum.
In the evening, I focus on thoroughly removing the impurities and makeup accumulated throughout the day. I gently wash my face with a mild cleanser, then refine my skin texture with toner. Depending on my skin's condition that day, I choose a hydrating serum or soothing essence, and finally, I apply a generous amount of moisturizing cream to maintain moisture.
Once or twice a week, focus on exfoliating and using a sheet mask. After exfoliating, use a soothing mask to restore irritated skin's condition.
The most important things in this routine are consistency and lifestyle habits. I practice adequate sleep and water intake, and I record skin changes to gradually adjust my skincare regimen to better suit my needs.
