To maintain a healthy skin, I consistently follow a skincare routine that suits me. In the morning, I gently wash my face with a gentle cleanser rather than overwashing, then use a toner to even out my skin texture. Afterward, I replenish moisture with a moisturizing essence or serum, and then use a light cream to create a protective barrier. Before going out, I always apply sunscreen to protect my skin. In the evening, I first wash my face with cleansing oil or water to remove impurities and makeup residue accumulated throughout the day, followed by a second wash with a slightly acidic cleanser. After washing, I use a soothing toner to quickly calm my skin, and then choose a serum with brightening or soothing properties depending on my skin condition. Finally, I apply a generous amount of moisturizing cream to prevent moisture loss. I also exfoliate or use a sheet mask once or twice a week to maintain my skin's condition. I feel it's more important to monitor my skin's condition and adjust my routine accordingly, rather than overdoing it. By maintaining this routine, I have noticed a noticeable decrease in skin irritation, a noticeable decrease in the frequency of breakouts, and overall, a stable change in skin tone.
