I am one of those people who is worried about my skin becoming more flaky and dry these days.
They say that 70% of skin cells are water, so drinking moisturizer is much more important than applying expensive essence.
Ultimately, the key to solving dry skin is to drink enough water to help blood circulation and remove waste products...
This is much harder to put into practice than I thought.
Here's what I'm trying to do these days:
If I drink it all at once, it won't be absorbed and I'll just have to go to the bathroom, so I'm trying to split it up and drink it.
Sometimes I mix lemon juice in it because I feel like the water is too strong.

Even if I do this, filling 1.5L to 2L a day feels like a daily homework.
By any chance, should I drink 1.5 liters of water? Should I drink this much?
