I've been dreading looking in the mirror lately, so I'm curious about home care methods.
The autumn breeze is blowing gently, and my heart is starting to feel a bit refreshed these days. A few days ago, I met up with some old high school friends I haven't seen in a long time. They all looked the same, but I felt like I was the only one who had truly aged. I was particularly upset when I took a picture with my friends in a brightly lit cafe, and my face looked particularly dull and lacked elasticity. I spent the entire walk home staring in the mirror. I've decided to really focus on my skin, so I've decided to start trying some home skincare routines. Honestly, I've always used the excuse of being busy to just wash my face and apply some lotion, but from what I've heard from my friends, they're all diligent about their skincare routines. I'm thinking about starting to put in some effort, like applying some face masks and massaging my skin. But since I don't know much about skincare, I'm at a loss. Rather than blindly buying expensive devices, I'd rather start with basic home care, step by step. I'm curious to hear how you guys take care of your skin. Do you have any tips for home care that are gentle on sensitive skin like mine? I appreciate any advice, even if it's just a small tip. I hope you all have a wonderful day today.
