I would like to ask for advice on setting up a basic step for anti-aging.
Hello. I'm an office worker who just started my third year of work. Until now, I've had naturally good skin, so I've been able to just apply whatever I want after washing my face without any major issues. But recently, when I look in the mirror after work, I've noticed that the area around my mouth and eyes looks dull and less elastic, and I'm starting to get scared. I've heard that aging needs to be managed before it starts, so I've been adding anti-aging ingredients to my routine. My Skin Care Routine I've just rewritten it, but I'm leaving a comment to ask if there are any areas that need improvement from an expert's perspective.
Currently, I wash my face with a mildly acidic cleanser, then moisturize with a hyaluronic acid toner. In the evening, I mix in a small amount of retinol cream and apply it. Finally, I apply a moisturizer containing ceramides to strengthen my skin barrier. I'm concerned about potential ingredient conflicts among the products I use. I'd also like to know if the regular moisturizing treatments I receive here would work in synergy with my at-home routine. Considering my skin condition, I'd really appreciate it if you could provide a solid guide that minimizes unnecessary steps and maximizes results. I'd love to receive a more detailed diagnosis when I visit!
