As an office worker, I share the lifestyle habits that affect my skin.

Now that I'm in my 30s, I feel that lifestyle habits are more important than the skin you're born with.

I sit in front of the computer all day, so my eyes get tired easily.

After work, I naturally spend a lot of time looking at my smartphone. Perhaps because of that, my skin often becomes dull.

 

So these days, I try to shower and go to bed before 11 p.m., and I put my phone away as much as possible before I go to sleep.

I also consciously drink water frequently and wash my face thoroughly in the morning, even if it's just for a short time.

As I build up habits, I feel my skin condition changing little by little.
