I'm worried about my skin becoming dull during the changing seasons. Do you have any tips on how to manage it?

Hello. How's everyone doing today? Lately, I've been working overtime all week due to a sudden surge in work. Sleep-deprived and exhausted, I was so overconfident that I looked completely unfamiliar in the elevator mirror on my way home from work yesterday. I've often heard compliments about my beautiful skin, so I guess I was a little overconfident. I was really surprised by how puffy and dull my face looked under the light. This morning, when I was putting on makeup, my foundation was flaking off and the sides of my nose were all over the place. I was so frustrated that I just stared in the mirror for a long time. Even with a generous layer of moisturizer, the tightness didn't go away, so I'm starting to think I need some more fundamental skincare. I've tried a few skincare hacks I've been aware of, but perhaps because my skin condition has deteriorated so much, they haven't been as effective as before. While expensive dermatological treatments would be great, I prefer practical methods I can consistently implement at home. I'm curious to know how you all take care of your skin when your condition is so poor. If you have any skincare tips that even a time-poor office worker like me can achieve in a short amount of time, please share them with us. For example, what areas do you pay special attention to in the first step after washing your face, or small habits that maximize the effectiveness of a sheet mask. I believe even small habits can make a big difference to your skin. Do you have any practical skincare tips of your own that you can overcome the hassle and practice every day? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, so please share your valuable thoughts.
