Post-removal care for flat warts

Hello. I had flat warts, seborrheic keratosis, and skin tags removed from my face and neck at the Cheonan branch on January 9th.

They told me to wear Duoderm for 2 weeks, so I wore it for 3 days until the 6th.

I managed it once by going to Duodeum.

The area where the Duoderm was applied (neck area) was so itchy that I couldn't stand it, so I asked the hospital and they told me to take it off and apply eye ointment 3 times a day.

1. I have already removed all the glue from my neck and am applying eye ointment. Should I apply it three times a day for two weeks? Or would it be better to apply Fucidin or Madecassol?

2. It's been a few days since I removed all the Duoderm, but I still feel itchy. Is this normal? Would something like a cold compress help?

3. I've had Duoderm on my face for less than two weeks now. Is it okay to remove the Duoderm from my face? If it's okay to remove it, should I apply eye ointment or madecassoside(?) to my face? Or can I just apply regeneration cream and sunscreen?
