What is everyone doing for their skin health these days?
As I get older, I feel like my skin is losing elasticity and getting more dry, so I'm planning to take better care of it…!

I wonder if I just need to diligently apply basic skincare products.
Or I'm wondering if it's more effective to do it along with dermatological treatments or nutritional supplements.
