Will getting Cutslin injections on my arms help to tone them down? ㅠㅠ

The weather is getting warmer, so I should start wearing short sleeves, but even though I've lost weight, that flabby fat under my arms just won't go away ㅠㅠ. Exercise alone isn't shaping my figure nicely, so I'm thinking of getting a procedure done before summer arrives. Would getting CutSlin injections help smooth out this unsightly, wobbly fat? If any of you seniors have gotten this, please share your real experiences on whether it hurts a lot and how long the bruising lasts lol.
