How do you manage breakouts on your chin after shaving?

Whenever I shave, I frequently get breakouts on my chin and neck.

Even if I change the blades frequently or use shaving foam, it doesn't go away completely.

At first, I thought it was just shaving irritation, but as it happened repeatedly, marks started appearing. I am wondering if it is possible to consult a dermatologist about this. Has anyone received treatment for shaving-related skin issues?
