An effective exfoliation procedure?

Lately, my skin has been dry and dull, and my makeup doesn't apply well, so I'm looking into exfoliation treatments.
There are so many procedures like Aqua Peel, Lara Peel, Geneo, and peeling that I don't know what's what...

I have dry skin, and I'm worried because dead skin cells frequently flak and my skin texture looks rough.
It would be even better if it were a treatment that manages pores and blackheads at the same time!
